Safety and shelter. Facilities Management takes what we all want for our homes and applies it to the workplace. Two teams — including two dogs! — provide clean, safe, functional work environments for all Scentsy facilities and grounds in the U.S., giving employees a comfortable setting in which to work.
Nice, neat and tidy. You take pride in keeping an area as clean and functional as it can be, and you know what it takes to maintain it: landscaping, cleaning, everything in your toolbox. You know a little about real estate, too, and construction, building design, remodeling. You’re one of those “fix anything” kind of people, always in high-demand.
Helping people has always been in your nature. You feel good making others feel safe and comfortable. Maybe you’ve programmed building security badges, taught CPR classes or mended many a boo-boo with your first-aid knowledge. You can feel safe considering Scentsy as a place to apply those skills.See Openings in Facilities Management
The bottom line is always a top priority for Finance, but there’s a lot that goes into that. Accounts payable. Market research. Data analytics. Financial reporting. Global tax and trade laws. Consultant commissions. Finance is responsible for these and many other tasks that keep Scentsy on track with its financial goals.See Openings in Finance

A company is only as good as its people. Recruiting the right people begins with Human Resources (HR), a team also responsible for learning and development, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee programs and events, employee communication, and so much more.See Openings in Human Resources
Information Technology (IT) manages the “central nervous system” of the company: the hardware, the software, the networks, SAP, security, compliance, risk and governance. A team of more than 125 employees, IT builds and maintains the technological infrastructure that supports Scentsy and its Consultants. They keep us plugged in and online. They make all systems go.
Ensuring the reliability, speed and scalability of online software systems is your forte, especially when it involves a large volume of traffic and significant data demands. You’re a CDE. That’s code for Can-Do Engineer.

Operations performs a vital function for Scentsy — it manufactures many of our fragrance products and gets them to our Consultants and customers around the world. Operations has hundreds of people stocking, picking, packing and shipping, providing quality assurance and order management … the list goes on.
You’re hands-on. You love working with a team, and you’re proud of the products your company makes. You like operating all kinds of machines. You think the science of the manufacturing process is pretty cool.
Like hats? Great! Because you get to wear a lot of them in Distribution. There are picking, packing, shipping, truck-loading and box-making hats, just to name a few. If you’re particularly fond of the quality-assurance hat, Distribution has that, too.
An all-day desk job isn’t for you. You love to be active, doing different things, getting in plenty of Fitbit steps. Managing inventory, transporting stock, receiving shipments, processing returns, supporting Manufacturing and Distribution. Now we’re talking.See Openings in Operations
